The biggest chameleon in the world is considered to be the Madagascar endemic person Chameleon, but the largest chameleon in Tanzania is Trioceros Melleri and grows up to 61cm.

It lives in the coastal area of Tanzania.

The only critically endangered chameleon in Tanzania is Rhampholeon Acuminatus.
